It is just a small plastic key. If they don't give one to you then just go really light with pliers that are smaller, I mean MUCH smaller than the ones sRa is holding, then you should be ok now that you know how the cards fit. Remember, the tip of that post is just plastic so don't squeeze it with the pliers. As all the cards are in and working you shouldn't need the key as you don't normally move the cards around.

Or one of us can give you a spare tool. I'm willing to do this if you live in Portugal. I bought several SRX so be my guest.

I live in US... the cards seem to be working now, so I don't need it. I have one more SRX slot available, so when I get the another card I'll make sure to get the tool as well.
