XP-10 Display & Replace Battery

The display on my XP-10 is becoming all but unreadable. Pixels dropping from LED - manufacturers defect? I own several Roland keyboard synths and this is the only model with a display issue. I love my XP-10!
How can I resolve this defective display?
Also,
Where can I find reliable information regarding replacing the batteries in my other VINTAGE Roland keyboards? - thanks for listeneing ......

The exact same thing happened to my Roland XP-10 as well. I'm not sure how to resolve it other than completely replacing the display. If I find any info, I'll update this post. Thanks!
