Can someone tell me if Roland will bring out a new rack for V-Synth? Cause I wanted to buy a XT rack, but it looks like it is discontinued. Do they plan to replace it with another? Why did they discotinued it? where can I still buy an XT rack then?

You can either wait till the NAMM show (but we do not even have any hints at what's going to be there), or try to find a store which still has an XT available.

Can't really find any shops ...it says discontinued product...even though I don't know why!
When is the next NAMM show and is going to be another V-synth RACK there?

There's always the used market. I picked up one of these a few months ago used and got it for $1200 Canadian, which was about half the price of a new one. I lucked out though because one of my local music stores got it in on a trade. The unit looked brand new, didn't even have any scrapes/screw marks on the rack ears.
They do show up on Craigslist and eBay from time to time though, so if you're comfortable dealing in that market there's still hope if you're really sold on getting one. Plus you could get a really good deal.
Awesome synth, one of my favorites in my collection.

I picked mine up for $650, which makes it OK that I basically use it for VC-2 mostly (these days) ...

I bought a demo/floor model this week in a West L.A. Music store...
Your best bet, other than Google, Bing, Yahoo or e-Bay/Craigslist search, might very well be contacting a Roland PM by email, and asking him to name a store he knows is looking to offload their floor model.
I've saved thousands by asking directly the manufacturer (Yamaha, EMU in the day, and now Roland) for such recommendation (in fact, I learned this many years ago from one such PM who kindly volunteered the info). The PMs have their fingers on the pulse of the market. You can use that knowledge to your advantage.
