No, the Fantom-G doesn't feature a vocoder.

The quickest solution for you would be to try this one:

The new Vocodex vocoder introduced in Image Line FL Studio 9 is also very nice.
In fact it is one of the nicest vocoders I have worked with, including hardware ones.

Affiliate link deleted - sorry, but this was looking CHEAP

These Vocoder programs are very nice. And I am downloading a few now.And I will try to make some nice multisamples for the G.Because I am trying to find some of these effects in the G for a long period of time. And now I see the real thing thanks to jesse the J....But there is a nice effect that I have heard in the one song.It is a DIST.Guitar with some nice Vocoder effects on it.But when you listen to the instrument you can almost hear a human inside DIST.Guitar.That is a really nice effect and I think that effect i produced by a very powerful Guitar processor or maybe Vocoder......

Maybe you are talking about the Heil talkbox?

Could the vocoder effect be easily (only software) implemented in FG as a MFX? Or does it need a special hardware?

I think the FG has all the necessary hardware for such effect, but maybe I'm wrong. It's a very very funny and inspirating effect. This would be a nice feature for a future update

It is there in JUNO-Di and Stage as an MFX algorithm, however, I of course can't tell whether there is something special in their core chips as well. In theory, it's possible on the G as well and should be seriously considered by Roland folks!

Agree! In my opinion, this little things would benefit greatly to both, Roland and us, as the more time you spend making music the less you have it to whine!! haven't you? ;)
