Hey apex…remember that the goal is to make the piano sound Dark when you play light and Bright when you play harder.
Adjust these settings until that happens and until you think the balance is right.
TVF
-Cutoff Frequency, This will effect the overall brightness and darkness, turn it up or down until you like it. Also it will be somewhat of a counter balance to all the rest of the settings.
-Envelope Depth, maybe turn it down a bit... or up…it depends on where you set your Cutoff Frequency.
TVF velocity sen
TVF envelope velocity sen
Turn these four things up and down until you get that wave to have a noticeable difference in Bright to Dark when you play on the keys.
That is your goal…do not apply any effects or use any other layers until you achieve this.
If the overall sound does not darken when you turndown the cutoff then you forgot to set the filter type to LPF.
Don’t be afraid to go nuts and change things… After you get the TVF setup nice then you can (if needed) tweak the TVA a bit (it will be a lot more simple than the TVF) I will be eager to see what you come up with.
Time for me to hit the ole sack.

never!!!! I'm pretty satisfied with the sound!!!!
I have another sound that I'm after, but it's based off the Motif series (I think at least)... I need to see what the base of the patch is so I at least know where to start.
