You can download the Juno-G Editor/Librarian from the Roland Worldwide Website: http://www.roland.com/products/en/_support/dld.cfm?PRODUCT=JUNO-G . Importing thru Juno-G Editor to Fantom-G Editor

I think he missed triggering the keys below E1 and above G6 because he set up for his FG7.
You have to increase this multisample to the piano range: A0 to C7 .
