Re: Velocity Sensitive Organ patches?

Thanks Chrisk-K. Actually I have found vel. sensitive organ patches on keyboards over the years. And on my Kurzweil SP4-7, when I and one other customer requested some, Kurz took the trouble of tweaking a bunch of them to become vel. sensitive. There are a lot of piano players who have their velocit...

Re: Control volume of Song Player

Thanks PauloF.
I HAD seen that page. I was hoping that there was a way to use a REAL HARDWARE rotary knob or slider to control the volume (and, ideally, also the tempo). I assume that using the SCREEN will not be an EASY way to change settings while playing the keyboard in real time. Or am I wrong?

Control volume of Song Player

Is there a way to control the volume of the Song Player easily during performance in real time (slider, rotary knob, etc.)? Thanks for any info or ideas on this!

Velocity Sensitive Organ patches?

Anyone know if there are any Velocity Sensitive Organ patches included?
Or, if the patches CAN be edited to be Velocity Sensitive.
Thanks for any info.

Re: Juno stage Faulty Key bed. f above middle c

Just got off the phone with RolandUS Service. I told them that I was just told that there WAS a Service Bulletin for the faulty KEYBED issue of the Juno Stage, but it was for Roland Canada. A poster said their keybed was replaced free of charge even though it was beyond the warranty period. She told...

Re: Juno stage Faulty Key bed. f above middle c

So, we have to move to Germany to get the support and service we are due because they have been selling Juno-Stages with faulty keybeds since they first came on the market? Why is this policy not being followed in the US? It appears that they have no concern for their US customers. Since they don't ...

Re: 2 Junos 2 faulty keyboards

Can we clear up some confusion here? I have had faulty keybed problems since the day it came out of the box. I lived with the problem because I couldn't afford to take the board out of service for any length of time. But now as more notes go bad, the keyboard has become useless to me. So, I took the...

Re: Installing OS update

You HAVE to wonder why you have to be a "detective" to find any updates and/or instructions to install updates. And, Roland HAS to be the ONLY company that hides updates from their customers by not posting them on their website. Strange...VERY strange!

Re: Installing OS update

With apologies to FanTC if he thinks I'm "picking on" Roland - But, in the instructions that commando received from Roland UK, does anyone see instructions to TURN OFF the Juno-Stage between steps 5 and 6. Just what I needed to see...MORE evidence that Roland doesn't have their act togethe...

Re: Installing OS update

Sorry. Just need to vent.
I post in hopes that Roland will see it and possibly get their act together and stop treating its customers like crap! Are you defending a company that sells an instrument with all kinds of faults and NEVER corrects those faults with any updates or recalls?

Re: Installing OS update

This company has become a joke! It's like they're playing games with us - seeing just how much they can take our money and how much they can frustrate us!

Re: Installing OS update

Is Roland UK a DIFFERENT company than Roland US??
WHAT is going on with this company? They seem to hide any (much needed!) updates!
And they don't give you any instructions on how to install updates?
I'm sure glad I gave up on them a while back. It's really sad what has become of this company.

Re: Juno Stage 1.03 OS update available

What the heck kind of company IS this??!! A LONG awaited (and MUCH NEEDED) update is available ONLY in EUROPE?? And they never had a recall on all the faulty keybed models they sold. I've long since given up on Roland and moved on to Kurzweil. I love my SP4-7 and the company has WONDERFUL support, u...

Re: Juno stage Faulty Key bed. f above middle c

I'm starting to wonder what happened to Roland instruments in the latest years and if they're still worth the money. NO they're not! They're coasting on their OLD reputation. Don't know how long they can get away with that. They shipped multitudes of Juno-Stages with faulty keybeds but never had a ...

Re: Low Prices on juno stage why?

<t>Could be all the keybed issues that Roland never dealt with. Should have been a Recall. And we're STILL waiting for an OS Update. Seems like Roland has NO interest in supporting this keyboard. I've lost all faith in the company. It's too bad - the Juno-Stage really could have been a dynamite keyb...
