For me it was the luxury of having all 12 of the SRX-Expansion boards together in well fell swoop!

And with tons of great sounds and the Supernatural realism to boot...well, it is just one heavy duty machine!

But I won't gave up and I'll try to be able to get a V again. Maybe an original V or a GT (2nd hand). :-)
