Re: vsynth gt booting really slowly
Well, what Ive been doing so far : - creating my own patches - backup of internal.prj - downloading some patches on the net and exchanging some patches with users on this forum, then importing them via the librarian on my backup copy of internal.prj - copying the modified internal.prj back onto the ...

Re: vsynth gt booting really slowly
nope, none of that. This started by using the librarian. I guess Ill just factory reset and then start adding my own patches again in groups so I can try to narrow down which one is causing the problem

vsynth gt booting really slowly
Hi, since a while my gt boots up very slowly (about 20 minutes). I have only about 20 custom patches i created myself added to the 2.0 factory settings. And no special stuff either, no weird long samples or anything. Anybody has an idea as to find out which patch or what is causing this very slow bo...

Re: duduk patch
Well sampling ofcourse would work to get the base sound, and then add some saxophone AP synthesis on top of it to give it some 'life'. I only wanted to create it from scratch based on the tools that are inside the GT, which for the record I find an incredible board, don't get me wrong :) But as samp...

Re: duduk patch
Hi,
I concluded that the vsynth is unable to really emulate a duduk since the phrase model doesnt exist.
(by the date of your post you can see how long Ive tried hehe)
But listen to this short track I made with Silk, V-synth and a virus idigo2 :)

Re: V-Synth 2.0 -GT comparision
just go for the GT,it can do at least the same, twice, with whistles and bells added.
but Im biased since I own a GT :p
the only reason for me to get an XT for example would be multitimbral issue. but there are plenty of workarounds for that with the GT
