DIF-AT good enough?

I've been wanting to get a DIF-AT24 to port my XV-5080 into my DAW. They seem hard to find. Recently I've come across some older DIF-ATs for sale online. I understand they are 20bit (although some report them as 16 bit). I don't really need the extra midi port as I won't be using a Roland mixer. Any...

XV Patches

After getting my 'previously owned' XV5080 up and running and learning to use the patch editor ... I'm wondering if there is a resource for downloading patches?

The web seems full of JD-990 patches ... but I can't seem to find anything for the XV.

Anyone know of any resource for this?

Thanks, 'Know1,' I don't doubt you ... just thought I'd see if I could get some attention. Better than 'bumping' myself.

I guess those who know are busy at the moment.

Best regards

Well, 'Know1,' I'm beginning to have my doubts!

Or is it 'No1,' as in Ulysses and the Cyclops?

<t>TY ... to the point:

I just bought a used S750 through a guy I trust. He and one of his partners had both fired up this unit (at different times) to verify it was working before I came by to pick it up ... their shop was selling it for a friend/ customer.

It came with a 3.5...

Re: JP8000 replacing battery

Many thanks! ... Don't need to yet, but I know it's coming.

Just revived a MI Rack that I bought not working due to the battery being dead.

S750/770 ... This the right forum?

Hi ... I'm new here.

I came looking for some info/ help with the S750.

A search of 'all sections' of this forum came up with "nada, kein, zip, zilch, etc."

If not here, where would I find help with these old samplers?

Thanks

Re: JP8000 replacing battery

Would the JD-990 battery replacement be pretty much the same procedure? Or?

Thanks.
