Hmm what pedal are you using?
Maybe you need a pedal that doesn't transmit continuous control values.
Some roland pedals have a switch, you should check.

Re: Pedal behaviour with MIDI out
I believe there's an option called "continuous control" or something like that in the pedal options of the system menu. Disable it, that'll solve it.

Re: Herr Schmidt ist da shit!!!
This thing is ridiculous, but unfortunately no decent quality audio demos of it's sound so it's hard to tell what it sounds like.
Will probably cost more than a new car :P

Re: GarageBand on iPad: screenshots
What I'd like to know is, can I import my own wave files, pan them and mix them easily on the fly? If so then this is ideal for live performance backing tracks, but the panning is crucial since I'd need to pan a click track to one side and everything else to the other. Also, the loading time between...

Re: Just ordered the camera connection kit
I have iMS-20 and NLog Pro, and end up using only iMS-20. It has so much more character in my opinion. NLog sounds nice but the interface is kind of slow, there's a delay when swithing between tabs which makes working with it tiresome for me. I wish iMS-20 was polyphonic, like the computer VST versi...

<t>The Fantom G is exceptional as a live board. Which is the only reason I got it. Still don't understand why anyone would buy it soley for studio use, when there are so many great plugins available for a fraction of the cost. After all, with the big screen and mouse it's pretty much the same as wor...

<t>Sounds to me like a filter sweep on a noise waveform, although it's hard to tell. <br/> I suggest you take the patch that has the sound you're looking for and see how it was programmed in "pro edit" mode. <br/> If you need to learn patch programming I suggest Artemiy's Tweakbook, available on thi...

<r>I just bought a Roland UM-2G USB-MIDI interface. 2 MIDI ins, 2 out. <br/> Works like a charm! No latency whatsoever. <br/> The best thing about it is that I can carry it in my bag with my iPad at all times, and any time I come across a keyboard and feel like jamming, bam just plug and play <E>:)<...

Re: So anyone lose a guitar pick in their G8?
I once had a small beatle crawl under the G8's keys, during a gig. It never came out. So I sold it

Re: iPad MIDI
Well, since the UM-1EX would connect to the camera connection kit, I'm assuming it would work with any app that supports CoreMIDI. Am I wrong?

Re: iPad MIDI
Hi Art, Thanks for the advice. Do you have the Akai LPK25? On the iOS MIDI website there is a list of devices that work with CoreMIDI, and on the list it says "Akai LPK25 (has power issues)". http://iosmidi.com/devices/ I'm scared of buying something that may or may not work, if you know t...

Re: A kind of BUG
A project is either stored in the internal memory OR on a USB stick. If you were working with USB, you were deleting them from the USB stick and not from the internal memory.
