Re: An Editor for PCs would be nice???
Actually i am not referring to live use.. but in the studio, and I know myself well enough that if something wont integrate into my setup it just wont get used... It is no coincidence that the two synths that feature most in my stuff are the two that are easiest to use from the DAW with their VST ed...

+1..
Have interest in the Integra 7 but zero interest without an editor being available...

Re: New Patch Roland Fantom-G
the film strings are very nice.. however, since you are not offering these as user>user patches given you are a commercial enterprise i trust you have contacted a moderator prior to posting (effectively) advertisements in the user form?..

Re: Fantom G as audio interface
fyi the Fantom G is not advertised to have 2-in 2-out audio interface... simply a USB audio interface.. there are plenty of other things that are advertised that it doesnt do..but this one is correct..lol and welcome anyway!.. well, then it is advertised to do something it will not do, which every o...

If it exists, can you tell me what settings are made right on the keyboard?? Thank's :)

Re: The New Roland Integra 7
splits and layers has nothing to do with the sound module.. that is a function of the keyboard controller... chain 2 decent controllers together (say novation sl2) and 2 people can play the integra7 with 4 parts each.. but as apex indicates..you will need to monitor polyphony One thing I can't seem ...

Re: Why Do we buy workstations?
I have no requirement for the latest and greatest anything.. I would be happy with something that a) works as advertised, b) does not get in my way c) has a good UI and d) build to a high quality level..
When that workstation appears, I will buy it.

Re: The New Roland Integra 7
certainly the concept that to use one single GM sound you lose everything else is absurd.. but the kicker here is that Roland has not produced a VST editor for a single synth since the Fantom G.. Juno Gi, JP80, JP50 and now integra 7 do not have VST editors... Sorry Roland, I am not returning to 199...

Re: Best practice using samples in liveband
no, i am saying its up to you.. and since i do not know how many samples, how long or how involved in the song structure they are only you can decide the best path forward... i am saying there are two ways to do it :) using rps will allow you to manually trigger the samples as and when you like.. la...

Re: Best practice using samples in liveband
you can make a click track and send it to the B outputs... a small mixer or headphone amp would then give the drummer what he needs. you can play samples as an audio track in the sequencer or as rps on the pads.. if its shorter samples of just a few measures somewhere in the track probably rps is ea...

Re: Layers & Controls
the midi rx filter is immediately in front of the sound generator... it does not filter incoming midi messages to the sequencer...only prevents midi data from keyboard, sequencer or midi in port from going to the sound generator So that will stop MOD on the PIANO when I play via S2 or PEDAL? as a MI...

Re: The New Roland Integra 7
thx for clarifying.! ... this module needed the VA synth from the JP and does not seem to have it ... It does have VA synth from the JP. And, it uses the same iPad editor to tweak the partials. What it does not have is the equivalent 'Live Set' capability but this could be offset by having multiple ...

Re: The New Roland Integra 7
I was initially quite interested but now I seriously am at a complete loss with this. 1. in the massive rise in the use of DAW as a music production environment, to create a product with an iPad app, but no VST would indicate that Roland strategy is driven by a bunch of cool, hip tweeners..not music...
