If you created the patches from scratch using the MANUAL mode, then it would explain a lot. My MANUAL mode is buggy as hell. Yeah I'm like 99% sure the issue is with your PC and logic, not the TR8 The fact that it runs for 4sec or so after you pause it means the pc is still sending a clock therefore the issue does not lie with the TR.
