I think I just might be starting to understand this process...Unit coming late this week, and I will give it a try...I really am mostly concerned about just getting a vocal melody track or two down to save with the midi song idea, before I would bring it over to the computer...

Is there only 1 MFX for each channel ? -> so in otherwords they renamed PFX to MFX ? Yes. Actually the PFX's (Patch FX's of the Fantom-G) were renamed MFX's with the Jupiters and Integra-7. Probably because the newer Roland synths have "Tones" instead of "Patches." ?? Isn't this...

I just hope that they make a Kronos Module, so that I can bypass all the physical hardware stuff and have the great sounds. I tried the Jupiter 80 in a store in Tucson (had to drive from Phonix - Can't find any in Phoenix!) Anyway, the Kronos Piano, EP's, Organs kill the Jupiter 80 and I cannot pay ...

Again, does anyone know if it has live sound switching?

I found the the Kenchan Steinway patches work fine on most of the other Pianos as well.

Just a little tweek here and there and most of the 7 different pianos are very useful for me.

How many piano patches does Ketchan have for these? I just downloaded all of the Pianos from the newest Walgrafix promotion and could use some patches to work with them.

Exactly...why would you choose to play chords with a SOLO patch?

If the note stealing happened on other patches, fine, but I would not be concerned if a SOLO patch did this.
