Customized Ax Synth
So! Yesterday I saw this on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySKrdv5-JVs I´ve been thinking about customizing my ax synth too. It's just so white and boring... I mean... Keytars are either too hardcore (sonata arctica) or too corny (the eighties, man, the eighties). And as I´m in a band that ...

What to play?
<t>SO, a less technical question (and again, sorry for the bad english) <br/> <br/> What kind of music would you say it´s "fun" to play with a keytar? I´ve tried many different styles, but the ones I find more "fun" to play lean towards electronic (Daft Punk, Renard/Mayhem, etc.). <br/> <br/> I gues...

Something I created
<t>Again, sorry for the bad english! <br/> <br/> So as I wrote in a previous thread, I have serious problems with touchsense (you can´t really control it in the ax synth..). So I tried to create some guitar patches with this in mind. Just a few basic changes in the editor (I still can´t figure it ou...

Touchsense and.. Brett Domino
<r>(sorry for the bad english..) <br/> I´ve been trying to figure this in the editor, but I can´t find it. Supposing it does exist in the ax-synth. <br/> It´s called "touchsense", at least in keyboards from yamaha, but I guess you know what it is! You play hard, more volume. You play softly, less vo...

Re: About patches
<t>(sorry for the bad english) <br/> <br/> you can only use 32 patches for each family, so if you create a new patch and want to use it, you have to go to the ax-synth librarian, remove a sound you don´t want and subtitute it with the new one. Because you have the librarian, you won´t lose anything....

Patches
<t>Ok, so I finally understood how to use the editor! Kind of. Too many possibilities and effects, I can´t really create a decent patch. The ones from Roland UK are really interesting and different (thanks oliver!). I don´t really know how to create sounds like these. <br/> <br/> Aniway, where can I...
