Re: Output Issue
Congratulations! You did a good job there. It makes sense that it was the volume knob, since both the headphone and the line jacks lacked one side of the signal. Have fun with it!

Re: schematics roland xp-30?
Hi Alp. I saw you got it working by doing a factory reset. How are things now? Is the arpeggiator still working?

Re: Juno Stage playlist for live
Hello,
What do you mean by playlist? Do you mean MP3’s on a USB thumb drive? You can create this only on your PC with the Juno playlist editor. Or do you mean something else?
Greetings from Martijn

Re: Vocoder Not Working with Mic
Hi Willem, Are you able to get any sound from the mic into the synth? Mic should be enabled somewhere in the menu. Vocoder only works when the vocoder mfx is active. There are a few preset patches that use this effect (highest patch numbers). Have you tried these? Please let me know, I could look it...

Re: JV-880 with GR-55 HALP!!
Hi Fahfrid, Yes you can. In 1993/1994 the JV-880 was the first synth I owned and I learned (and mastered) patch and performance editing on the tiny 2x16 display with just a few buttons. :) What you need to change: When you're in PATCH MODE change the value after "WG Pitch coarse". Set this...

Re: Unwanted tremolo/pulsation on drawbar organ patches
Hi Ju!anH, The presets you mention have an emulation of a rotary speaker by using the LFO's to repeatedly shift the PAN from left to right. The modulation lever controls the speed (up is faster). This effect is 'inside' the patch. In patch mode, the sound is lead through the MFX (Hexa-Chorus) to mak...

Hi Ju!an (and other users),
Here's a link to the video I just made to explain my workaround for this problem:

Please let me know if it works for you.

Hi Ju!an,
Can you give me the exact preset numbers of the patches and performance you are talking about? I’ll look into it for you and I’ll try to help you.

Hi Julian,
It’s been a few months since I last visited this forum, so how about timing? :-) I will make a short video to demonstrate it. Please be patient, it could take a few days.

Re: Anybody solved the time delay between patch switches?
Hi everyone,
Anyone still interested in this? If you are, I can shoot a short video to demonstrate how I avoid the short silence when switching sounds.

Re: New Stage user needing help
Hi khoff2, Sorry for my late reply, i don't visit this forum too often. Anyway... A performance has its own effects (reverb, chorus and 3 MFX). When you initialize a performance, all effects are off or at a low level. In patch mode each patch has its own effects settings (reverb, chorus, 1 MFX). The...

Hi person with strange name,
At the moment my Juno Stage is not connected. I will try and set it up soon and I will try to make a manual or maybe a video to show you how I use this.
Greetings, Martijn

Re: Master EQ Noise, Help
Hi Ralph, I checked and I can hear the noise too, although at a very low level. So this is not a defect in your synth. I think it is due to abruptly switching EQ levels from one to another as it only can be set to 31 different levels. Every step up or down results in a sort of soft click. I must say...

Re: BAsic question, grouping patches
Hi Chris, First of all, there are no stupid questions. But... I don't completely understand what you mean. Since you're using a usb emulator, are you using an XP-50, or something else? To 'group' you mean 'setting up all the sounds I need in the right order/closely together?'. I do this on my XP-30 ...

Re: Windows 10
I even managed to use my old SoundDiver JV/XP-software (1999 or 2000) to read and write content of my XP-30 by using the Juno Stage as midi-through device. (PC<-(USB)->Juno-stage<-(MIDI IN/OUT)->XP-30)
