Does the fa have a live play feature like the fantom x?
It is kind of a list that you can use to order studiosets and songs according to your playlist and you can easily access them with one buttonpress.

Re: Getting Roland to Act
<t>Well, if the solution is getting as many people as possible to report the bugs to roland, why don't we make it easy. Just make a standard bugreport for each bug. Each fantomized member with that has a problem with the bug can then just copy and paste the report into a mail and mail it to his loca...

Re: Real time backing vocals
It's done with a MFX.
You've got to route your input to an MFX and then make sure that MFX uses the right effect.
I'm not sure wich effect it is though and I don't have a fantom nearby. Maybe someone else knows wich effect it is.

Re: HELP, Fantom X6 will not save to card
I don't know how to solve the error on the fantom, but if you've got a computer you can just record each track in audio with a program like audition or audacity.
That way you at least don't lose all your hard work.

Re: installing audacity on mandriva 2006
<t>Yes, Mandriva 2006 is cool. I'm not using it a long time, but I allready like it very much. If I can get recording on different tracks with low latency, windows will be history for me.<br/> <br/> So the "kernel-multimedia" can be installed the same way as audacity? And how can I be sure I don't h...

installing audacity on mandriva 2006
Hi everybody,
I recently installed Mandriva 2006 (got fed up with windows).
I can't get audacity installed, does someone know how?
There isn't a specific package for Mandriva, is it possible to use another package?
Thanks.

Re: what's the big difference
<t>The G-70 isn't better or worse then the fantom X. It's something completely different.<br/> <br/> The G-70 is kind of a "band in a box", push a few buttons and an entire band plays along with you.<br/> <br/> The fantom X is a workstation, you can edit the sounds use samples, and even audio record...

Re: is the glass half full?
Noooooooo!
There must be a mistake!
As we start 100% empty and move towards full while consuming the liquid, we are 0% empty (thus full) when the liquid is consumed.
This would mean we can only have one drink!

<t>Yes, I know that, but this does not give the same effects-setting as in patch-mode when in patch mode the different tones use different amounts of reverb/chorus/MFX.<br/> <br/> In performance mode all the used tones get the same amount reverb/chorus/MFX, this is not always the case in patch mode....
