Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
I guess after that video was made Casio came out with a downloadable version of the converter. If you noticed that ipad video was spliced into the original video. But you're right thats not good advertisement. However, that keyboard is selling itself. I was really impressed with the sounds. The Gi h...

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
Roland and the rest of the pro keyboard manufacturers better wake up. Here's a $500 dollar 76 key board designed with customers in mind. I demoed one and had to have it. Before you make judgements go and demo this thing. Casio is gonna change the game. I know everyone thinks of Casio as a toy maker,...

Re: 16 part multi-timbral issue
You can split and layer at least 2 tones. You still get a good sound. Remember all the livesets do not use four layers but they still sound good.

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
The thing is that all of the missing elements of this keyboard are fixable through software upgrades. It's not as though all of the keyboards sold have to be recalled. It just makes good business sense to complete this keyboard. How many sales will be lost because of all of the negative feedback and...

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
I believe the engine is based on the Fantom G, and if that's the case why not pull that editor out and adapt it to the Juno Gi.

Re: juno gi boss digital recorder
This is from the Juno Gi spec list Track: 8 V-Track: 64 (8 V-Tracks per each Track) * Up to 2 tracks can be recorded simultaneously, and up to 8 tracks can be played back simultaneously. Also the rhythm track does not record onto a track. It only plays back patterns from arrangement. It really only ...

Re: juno gi boss digital recorder
Can you tell me how to do that because the Juno Gi only has one input for guitar and mic and you can only use either or at a given time. Also you can only press down 2 single track buttons at a time, which will only give you one stereo track. Unless I'm misunderstanding you, it's not possible to rec...

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
It's just an industry standard. Pay over a grand for a keyboard and it's expected. The fact that the Juno G an Di both have editors and are of less value, it's just expected.

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
I guess we're on the same page because I sent them another email expressing that we are here to pursue this to the end. I believe they understand the adverse effect this can have on future sales. I've been posting on comments on youtube warning potential buyers of any Roland products of their carele...

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
Interesting fact about Rolands name origin. Kakehashi founded Ace Electronic Industries in 1960, a manufacturer of numerous combo organs, guitar amplifiers, and effects pedals. He was also contracted by Hammond to produce rhythm machines for the company's line of home organs. In 1973, Kakehashi cut ...

Yamahaforum did you get my email? I wouldn't blame Japan. I blame the company who's name is on the product. If you name it Rolandus or Rolanduk you have to protect your countries consumers.

Re: Juno GI Editor Software?
I think my last 2 emails caught their attention at least. Here are their responses that I received within a couple of hours. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND DIRECTLY TO THIS EMAIL. The following information applies to Roland, BOSS and Cakewalk products sold in the U.S. only. To: mgmg4871@yahoo.com RE: Support...
