Re: SE-02 and new "Boutique Designer Series"
I preordered my SE-02 today, according my dealer it will arrive in september One question, do you think that a PC/MAC editor will be available? I know that the panel is full of knobs for a very easy editing of sound, but I think that if I need to change parametres with very little values an external...

JP-80 and sequencer
By analyzing the structure of the JUPITER 80, I read the manual that consists of: SOLO PART: 1 Tone ( Is a Tone the equivalent of a PROGRAM for Krog or VOICE for Yamaha? ) UPPER PART: Up to 4 Tones LOWER PART: Up to 4 Tones PERC.PART: 1 Tone I therefore assume that if I want to associate a single TO...

Re: Over 350 PCM waves picked up from the digital synth
I presume / hope that thanks better D/A convertion, maybe a new sound engine, use of super natural technology, the final result will be better "Better" as in what? You expect a D-50 PCM wave to sound better then a D-50? no, just better than a D50 sound recreated on a Juno Di do you agree?

Re: Over 350 PCM waves picked up from the digital synth
These are the same "classic" waveforms that were present in all of their synths since late 1990's... nothing new here really. You can do all those classic sounds even on a JUNO-Di. I presume / hope that thanks better D/A convertion, maybe a new sound engine, use of super natural technology...

Re: WAVE ROM of the Jupiter 80
At very least, the lower, upper, solo and percussion parts should be on their own MIDI channels. Maybe the lower and upper parts would also break down into four channels each, one per tone. Gotta see the final specs This aspect intrigues me greatly and it is essential in view of the use of J80 in t...
