Midi issues, notes sticking, note on, note off,

Need help for live play! I have the Integra 7 programmed for live play. I use 7 studio sets that took much time to set up. I moved the bass to Channel 16 and I use channels 1-5 for different instrumentation on each studio set. I use a foot switch controller to switch channels during live play. (Midi...

Re: Reset all controllers

We had another response here and I was hurrying home to respond to it. It's gone but I remember most of the text. 1. Please repost your comment. 2. You did not know the circumstances of the issues with volume. 3. Roland said it was an issue with volume and expression. 4. treble and bass parts not eq...

Re: Reset all controllers

Thank You for the update. It's really sad that we use all the gear that is released from certain companies but when you need something , good luck. I will be so careful in the near future as to not just buy something because you have that itch for something new or maybe something better. Things are ...

Re: Reset all controllers

Thank You for your response. I actually purchased a high end Volume pedal and a midi controller to change the studio sets at a cost of 339.00 to make this work. I am very disappointed in the fact that Roland themselves could not help with this. Maybe, it can not be helped. I did not want to change m...

Volume Issues in I7

I recently posted regarding reset all controllers. I have worked with Roland tech support and a friend of mine from a pretty well known organization. Roland could not solve my volume issues regarding volume levels playing between channels in the same studio set and also switching back and forth betw...

Reset all controllers

I purchased the Integra 7. I am getting it ready to use live. I have 10 Studio Sets programmed. I have one issue. I have two separate controllers assigned for volume 7 or expression 11. I control bass and treble separately with these controllers. When I switch between studio sets is there a way to k...

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Howard, I played the last 2 gigs with a Roland midi accordion. The Fr7x connected to my Roland FantomXR. I was in and out in no time. Played bass with my left hand. No bass player. Playedpiano parts with left hand also. This is the reason I needed all the programming help. What a crazy instrument. T...

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Forgot the electric piano patch name. Sorry, I will get the name to you. This is the only patch I am having an issue with. It is off the 5080.

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Howard, Not sure I am looking in right place for System Wide Velocity setting. Also I noticed that the Mastering on/off setting drastically changes the mid range value of all performances. We had to adjust the mid range in this section for it destroys the sounds that we have created. Everytime I tur...

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Howard, I will check in the system settings tonight. I do not remeber fooling around with anything in the system settings. 1.) I simply dial up a preset. 2.) I modify the velocity as you said and then save the patch to the user area. I have done 8 new presets this way with no problem. I don't think ...

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Howard, We are getting there. Best the pianos ever sounded. Putting in alot of time. Big difference tweaking when plugged into the PA system. I have noticed that my electric piano has changed in that I really have to hit the keys hard to play all parts of the patch. somehow the velocity was changed ...

Re: Pianos Sound absolutely TERRIBLE.

Howard, First of all, Thank You for your time. I will be diving into this tomorrow night with a good friend of mine from a local studio here in Buffalo. I have been fooling around with the velocity like I said but was unaware of this information. I am not really used to tweaking but due to the music...
