Hello, I never sampled anything before and cant find any videos on youtube how to sample on fantom X.
I love the sounds of the soft synth "sylenth" and would like to use them live trough my fantom x.
how do I get the sounds from sylenth to my Fantom? and will the sounds be just as good?

thank you for the reply, it really helped me understand allot of things but,, I still cant figure out how to turn up and down the amount of "distortion"/effect.
I want to be able to go from no dist, turn the knob and get full dist.
how do you do that?

I have owned a roland fantom x7 for about 2 years but I never figured out how to control the effects trough the assignable knobs or the mod wheel or if its even possible.

I love to use distortion but I want to be able to control the amount in real time.
