Re: Donate you cheap bastards

wudsiba, there was a lot of humour in my first reply too :) You can make a point and have a funny side.

Re: Donate you cheap bastards

<t>wubsida, I'm providing balance and it really was intended as constructive feedback for Artemiy. Everyone says its a friendly board, how do you know that is true? Most of the posters who weren't treated with common decency have left. You yourself said it: "why are you on here all the time?". Sure ...

Re: Donate you cheap bastards

I've bought most of Artemiy's products plus I have never been so insulted in my life as from posters on this forum. So as constructive feedback, I'll pass on the donation.

Re: Fantom Sample Problem

<t>I'm surprised you lived with 20 minutes loading time for long enough to discover this problem! The FX might not be the keyboard for you, and I know from personal experience how disheatening that thought is after the hours of building and crafting your sample arsenal on the FX.<br/> <br/> Is it po...

Re: would you like the bugs fixed for the fantom?

<t>In all fairness, it is tempting to say "What were they thinking?" when you go to do something which makes complete sense to you, but works in a way no one else works.<br/> <br/> My idea of pattern mode, for example, works like an MPC definitely not a Fantom.<br/> <br/> My idea of analog synth wor...

Re: New Fantom For NAMM?

Radek: I have been playing with VirusRack and it's better but not in a different league than my Juno-G.

Are you serious Radek? There's a world of difference between the Fantom engine and a Virus.

Re: No more new workstations THE END

<t>In my view the single biggest advantage with hardware gear is in stability because the device has a limited number of functions to perform. But if hardware is not complemented with rock solid firmware, or if there are frequent firmware updates which introduce bugs without fixing old problems, the...

Re: converted from software to my fantom

<r>Compuers are changing quickly, but too quickly to be a stable platform for music. Hardware sequencers, samplers, synths and MIDI are there because some people just want to make music.<br/> <br/> Play with software by all means and make some serious music with it, but you will not be able to run y...

Re: New SH-201 bass tutorial video

I think it is actually a "reese" bass, try

http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/samplesVie ... p?id=25595

for a better idea. The reese bass in the video is not a true reese.

Lots to learn.

Don't rush it. Its not like school where you gotta learn something by a deadline. You only get to learn synths once and its a great journey so remember to enjoy it!

Re: Roland V-Synth GT vs. Access Virus TI

<r>Getting information from forums is unreliable IMO because there is often a mafia of posters who want to enforce a common view - often apologizing for an amazing flaw and bashing anyone who dares mention it <E>:)</E> The fact is you get more information from someone who doesn't like a keyboard tha...

Re: Roland V-Synth GT vs. Access Virus TI

<t>I keep hearing similar stories from a few sources: A rompler keyboard, a Virus TI and a V-Synth seems to be a popular combination.<br/> <br/> I'll check out a Radias, although coming from a MOSS board I could care less about thin and wimpy. But neither the V-Synth orTI have a brilliant and pue hi...

stranglehold over the technology sector

<t>Hi Sammy, when you say "stranglehold over the technology sector" are you talking about design or manufacturing?<br/> <br/> If you mean manufacturing, all Chinese people will soon be middle class wealthy and the world will have to find a new undeveloped country to exploit.
