Re: tr-09 clap and snare phasing

I can also agree the TR-909 clap & snar also has that phase effect when both playing out the main.

I give Roland props the TR-09 does sound almost identical to the original !

I hope the TR-08 sounds identical !

Re: "Ocean of Saws" Patch Structure

I’m pretty sure their is just 2 oscillators both saws detuned!

TVF is Roland’s name for the filter / ADSR area.

I will update better pics / screen shots soon !

Def a cool patch !

Re: D-05

That’s great to hear the D-05 sounds almost identical to the original D-50, Looks pretty sweet just like the og! I definitely approve the boutique size compared to the full size D-50! I would like to pair my JX-8P with it and take a journey to the mid 80’s :) Does it really sound identical to the or...

I located Ocean Of Saw patch - Its sounds really nice. Its actually in the GT Analog Bank!

Re: Got my TR-08

Cool man, Im hoping to pick one up today at my local music store. I Had the TR-09 and finally picked up the original TR-909 a few months ago and I can differently say I here a difference in the low end analog sounds. Especially the TR-909 Kick and snare. I just wish they made the TR-08 a little bigg...

Re: Fantastic-TR08 and 101

All right All right !! Im pretty excited about this 808 day ! The new 808 looks real nice ! I was hoping for this to be released after the TR-09 was introduced. It looks really cool and just like a mini 808 ! (I love the fact they kept the original vintage look w/ the classic buttons metal switches)...

Re: Roland's journey into true Analog Boutiques.

I am hoping for a new TR-08 boutique model released and possibly analog/acb model. I know I would save thousands instead of purchasing an original TR-808 for $3-4000 ! Im keeping my fingers crossed because its almost 808 day in less than 15days. But it always seems the originals 80's roland models a...

Re: Touch Screen Replacement

I replaced my dead touch screen on my GT a few months ago after purchasing one used, my first attempt I ordered and waited 4weeks for the new TS arrival, I failed and broke the sensitive glass TS during the install, pressing it against the sticky foam caused a very minor crack that just got worse ma...
