cant get the midi lights to light
the usb works lights up red ....put the midi into my Kurzweil out to in and in to out no lights

fixed another problem

I have windows 8.1
downloaded the driver for the UM-mk2

when installing it...It asks me to put the Um-mk2's USB into the labtop to finish install

but its taking forever... so I uninstalled it and did it again, same problem
this time I tried it in another labtop
same problem

what gives????

Picked organ tab... pressed shift ... then tone edit.... but could not get drawbars to move what am I doing wrong????

ie. want a piano lower 1 -ve and dual with string +1 ve and put into studio set?

In other words some internal drum and bass accompinent
Built into the keyboard with programming yourself

yes "fill ins" like a drum machine can have a pedal for pattern choice and fill ins

also Id rather use a pedal for rotor like I do on my nord

Can you use a footcontroller for the rotory speaker on/off?
Can you use a foot controller to do drum patterns and rolls etc?

when hooked up to an 88 key Digital Piano
does the Roland VK8M have an octave shift independent of the digital piano
if yes how do I activate it

Thanks Paulof yes after posting this thread I realized you have to put the organ patches edited with the CC#4 footswitch into a user bank then use them for your Studio set.Now it works fine.Im programming for church; piano and organ combos as well as other combos piano and strings Ep and strings pad...

So I can use a footswitch CC#4 I edit it into the set it works and soon as I pick another set the edits gone for the footswitch how can I lock it in permanently?

Any instructions how to use it?
