Is the USB drive formatted as FAT? Windows can also format as Fat32 and NTFS and Macs can format in a number of formats which I don't think work on the SonicCell including Mac OS Extended. I use that feature all the time and can't recall having a problem with it. Does anything happen when you hit the cursor button? Are you using the latest firmware? Assuming it is not a firmware issue you could try backing up all your Live Sets and then doing a factory reset.
