go to patch edit, push F3 (pitch) choose "Bend" and chance the value to 12 (Page 74 in the german manual)

There should be a pdf file somewhere on the internet, called FantomXa_WS04.pdf wich describes how to use your fantom as a recorder

I love the Roland synths. My collection is Fantom Xa, Juno 60, JSQ60, JX10, PG800, JP8000 and a hammond and oberheim.
Still searching for an System 100 and/or a system 100m. I think, and maybe that's my imagination, all these instruments have an "own" sound.

You're right. I mean the small PCB with some memory chips on it. 512MB to be precise.

I had some weird problems with my Xa. "Jumpy" menu's, Sampling and sequencing worked sometimes, sometimes not. After replacing the SIMM the problems were over.
