Use the S-SAW POLY 5 (0439). Layer it twice and take one of the layers down an octave.

Some of what you mention is extremely easy on the JP80 (Journey, Simple Minds, Bon Jovi). Just make sure you have the Synth Legends Volume 1 available. I use the GKPE-88-TSA (88 key version) for my Jupiter 80 and it works fine. FYI - Sweetwater's "Case Finder" app says the GKPE-76-TSA fits. Awesome case too!

I went from a Fantom X-8 to a Jupiter 80. I wish I had not sold the X8 only for a couple of reasons: The horns sounded cleaner on the X8 and I actually used the sampler to build some patches.
