Using a 2nd Integra 7 on a Mac
Hello All, Since I use big patches with several parts in my Studio Set, I am thinking of buying 2nd Integra 7. I am running a Macbook Pro and Cubase 7. I am running MIDI via USB out of the Integra 7 into the Macbook Pro. With the way the Mac recognizes MIDI (in this case the Integra 7), will I be ab...

Re: Jupiter 80: Registrations and DAW MIDI Sequencing
I have checked in Cubase 7 looking at the "List Editor" and made sure that nothing is filtered out and I see no CC7 (volume) events inserted. Keep in mind that I have used Cubase with a Roland Integra 7 and have had NO volume issues (I see MIDI note data and I can hear the sound of the Int...

Re: Jupiter 80: Registrations and DAW MIDI Sequencing
Hello, I am thinking of buying a Roland Jupiter 80 because it has so many cool Registrations (like "Big Mouth Pad", "Dream Drone", Aranjues", etc). I really like the 76 keys on the Jupiter 80. I currently own the Integra 7. I do not play out live, but I really like many of ...

Re: Using JP80 with a DAW
Hello All, I heard a Roland Jupiter 80 at the music store yesterday and was blown away with the live performance layered sounds!!! I am thinking about buying the Jupiter 80 but I want to make totally certain I will be able to record all of the MIDI information coming out of the Jupiter 80 (via USB) ...

Re: Integra 7: Not working with iPad
The timing with USB MIDI on the Integra 7 is just fine. When I used "old School" 5 Pin DIN for the MIDI the timing gets all messed up (sequence may start out OK, but then the timing gets worse and worse. This happens with 3 different sequencing packages (Cubase 7, Studio One 2.5, and Sonar...

Re: Integra 7: Not working with iPad
I have the exact same problem.... The iPad app will not work if you have MIDI-THRU enabled on the Integra. I consider this a bug, and have reported it as such to Roland.. Maybe they will fix it. In the meantime, I just turn MIDI-THRU off and on as needed. Not very elegant, but I find I don't use th...

Re: Integra 7: Not working with iPad
I'm really happy with the usb-midi interface connection, its cheaper than wireless and it works perfect. Integra is very good audio interface and I see no point to run it to another interface via analog outputs. One more thing Roland has to rethink I still can not get my iPad to work correctly with...

Re: Integra 7: Not working with iPad
Ok, on Integra-7, menu, system, setup, for USB driver, you have set "generic (MIDI only)"? If you set usb driver midi+ audio, the ipad (ipad2 for me) can't use it. If it's the problem, ou need to change to Generic, store and restart the Integra-7. That means - you cant use USB audio with ...

Integra 7: Not working with iPad
Hello all, I just got an Integra 7 and I own an iPad 3rd generation. I have downloaded and installed the iPad app and I purchased the correct USB wireless stick from Netgear. I have the Integra 7 set to "Ad-hoc" mode. The iPad is showing the Integra 7 in the the wireless connection area on...
