Re: Feature request - TI type plugin

Would be great.

I would also be happy about a standalone editor.

Re: Windows 10

Meanwhile there are videos how to install the driver under win 10.
The main thing is to switch off the driver checking procedure of win 10 which you can do at boot menu.

On my win10 the drivers are doing well now.

Re: Win 10 driver

If I start one of my Boutiques windows says, unknown device, no driver available.
I've tried to install the Win8 driver but win says, that the hashvalue is incorrect.
I should contact the hardware manufacturer.

But Roland is not able to help. They don't have install files.

Re: JP-08 not that great?

I have JP08, JX03 of the small synths and for a Juno 106 I use the DeepMind 12 as replacement.

I think the JP08 is the most flexible but also the most difficult to program. It makes great sounds.

Re: Keyfollow on LFO?

There is quite a lot of hidden sonic power in the Sh-201 synth engine that the un-wise would never find. i do laugh at the sh-201 knockers. I use the SH 201 quite often, next to the Virus TI 2 and JDxi. A really great sounding synth IF you know where to tweak. It also is capable of cheap sound if t...

JP 08 has a Chorus

The top news is: The JP 08 has a hidden chorus which can be accessed by MIDI CC commands:
CC93 Value=1-3

Has anyone an idea how to access this feature from the panel side?

Alternatively, if you have a JX03, connect MIDI between JX03 and JP08 and switch on the chorus with the JX03 chorus knob.

Paramter Pickup mode?

is there a pickup mode available, so that the sound is not jumping if you move a fader or a knob?

if not....how is the best way to tell roland to implment one?
