I think I have it.
it's a 32mb flash that has some fan2.bin on it.

check if in System> MIDI , the module is on MIDI Master.
If it is slave, you need to send from the DAW the MIDI CLOCK. Or set the module as Master , to be able to have the Rhythm active when it's ON.

I guess it is the MIDI sync. if it is set to external or internal (master clock).

what about only patches ?
and change the oscilators (waveform) to something internal?
i start this comparing with the vst srx, but it takes a lot of time...

For those who have time and pacience... You can download the demo for Roland Cloud SRX vsts and... the editor is almost the same as Fantom X series. You can see and modify in the Fantom X editor parameters , but not with copy paste, presets from the SRX vst. I am working on that, and it is great. I ...

I didn´t- It still has that glickes, those errors. Changed the RAM, even let only the internal memory. I guess it is the mainboard. I had to change a long time ago some condensers that licked away.

I have a copy of the original upgrade, received thru email. but it doesn´t work if copied to other card then the original. do you want it? give me an email address on private.

Is there other version of the editor , for Mac ?

I have test it only with the 32mb internal flash. The same..
The thing is, if I unload, and reload, one by one, the reloaded is ok.

Ah, and I found the service manual, and get it into testing.
The tests said it is ok. Flash, and RAM.
