Re: Creating oscillator drift?
If it's of any help. I found using the analogue feel useful in avoiding excessive phasing and an element of ringing, if that's the right word, when panning two partials left and right and detuning them. When panning them without detuning, they are still in mono, but adding some analogue feel, up to ...

Thanks for the notification. I hope it gets sorted although I can at least sync over the midi sockets now.

Re: V-Synth GT driver for Mac OSX Version 10.9.4?
More irony! I will have a go with that later as I have yet to connect the GT to the computer. Do you happen to know if the same is true for the JP80?

Re: V-Synth GT driver for Mac OSX Version 10.9.4?
I agree, I wonder if Messers Wakeman, Barbieri, Downes, Rudess etc said something, it would get sorted. Ironically, I only updated to Mavericks in order to run the new Integra editor. I have only just got round to getting hold of a GT, but it would be good to use all of it's capabilities. I guess I ...

Re: V-Synth GT driver for Mac OSX Version 10.9.4?
That is what I am assuming. I haven't tried to install the mountain lion usb driver but there will probably be an incompatibility message if some sort. I am surprised other Mac and GT owners haven't commented. It is still possible to download patches, transfer them to a usb stuck then use the import...

Re: Introduction
I too, 'get' the Jupiter80! I procrastinated for a while but then the price dropped and that was it!
A second one would not go amiss.
I will gladly buy anyone a pint and shower them with gratitude who can develop a librarian though.

Re: V-Synth GT driver for Mac OSX Version 10.9.4?
It's hard to feel with Roland these days. They would have known about Mavericks as it came along just after the GT was discontinued. But as is well documented on here, they haven't been all that supportive of the Jupiter range (the lack of a librarian but on the flip side, significantly improved the...

Re: V-Synth GT driver for Mac OSX Version 10.9.4?
I commented on this on my post regarding my recent acquisition of a v synth GT.. I checked on roland.com and under Mavericks compatibility, it just says 'NO'. They define 'NO' as there being no intent to introduce a new driver for Mavericks. Somewhat annoying as I guess the librarian won't work eith...

Hi, I might be asking the obvious, but have you opened logic, created a softsynth track and when selecting an instrument found a roland tab and then clicked on integra 7?

Re: New owner of V-Synth GT
I too, am the proud owner of one of these amazing machines. I found one on eBay, boxed, unused with all the packaging, I couldn't believe it after a few years of looking. Anyway, I have to say that all the info in here will prove invaluable so thanks in advance for all the expertise shared. I now lo...

Re: V2.0 Editor working in OSX 10.9 & Logic X
Is it just me, or does anyone else have a problem renaming tones and studio sets with the Mac version of the new editor? On the integra itself there are 16 characters available for studio sets and 12 for tones, but when I try to rename on editor there appear to be only 10 available for the studio se...
