Hey guys, I recently acquired a FA 08 , and understand I get get all the voices of the Integra 7 downloaded
from Axial. There are many packages of tones for download there. Do you have any idea which of these packs contain the Hammond and Leslie sim?
Thanks,
Keith

Re: Transpose problem
Yes, I have the same problem, in an attempt to quickly change transposition up or down the FA only changes octaves. The screen flashes so quickly I’m impressed you got a screen shot of it!

Midi control question
Ok, again I have a RD300 NX, but this is the closest forum I can find, playing addictive keys pianos as standalone soft synth from my laptop using the RD300NX as a controller (I hope I'm using the correct terminology here). Everything sounds great. Question is, is there a way to adjust the volume fr...

Re: RD 300NX some keys very loud, volume cuts
Ok, I have finally been able to recreate the problem somewhat, when the RD300nx is cold, (left in the equipment trailer overnight on a chilly night per se.)volume fades and re appears erratically, and the keys are very sluggish, sluggish or heavy to press and very slow to return. ( the only time thi...

RD 300NX some keys very loud, volume cuts
I understand that this is a 700/800 forum, but I need help with my 300NX. Tonight I had three notes, D2, E2 and F2 whose volumes were so very loud compared to the other notes across the entire piano. Tried to EQ them, down to no avail. The volume was booming and actually caused feedback problems due...

Re: Performance Layer changing MIDI
Thanks again Credo, Let me try to clarify as I may have misled, ... The Fanthom is connected to the audio interface/DAW via MIDI and analog input. I am only playing the softsynth via MIDI, no Fanthom voices via MIDI, only Fanthom voices via analog input. If while playing the softsynth, and the Fanth...

Re: Performance Layer changing MIDI
Thanks again Credo. I'm trying to wrap my head around all this. The sounds from the Fanthom never suffer, only the softsynth voices from the DAW. If I'm not playing live should I not enable a MIDI output on the softsynth? And I'm looking for the "Local" to be able to turn it off. Just out ...

Re: Performance Layer changing MIDI
Thanks, that may indeed be my problem, I am using a Piano layer that I have with several of the FX8's piano voices layered and mixed so there is probably a lot of the polyphony right there. The MIDI voice that is separate although still controlled by the FX8 will need additional polyphony as well, a...

Performance Layer changing MIDI
When working in my DAW, (cakewalk Sonar Pro), I often couple/Layer sounds of the FX8 and some softsynths although I do so on different tracks so I can edit the midi if needed. I've noticed that when using performance layer sounds it alters the sounds/tone of my softsynth (not just one or two but all...

win10 drivers
I've looked on the website and support and all I can find is the drivers for win7,8,and 8.1. Is Roland going to roll out new drivers for Win 10? I need to know if 1: will I actually need new drivers when I upgrade to Win10 for my FantomX and my Octa-Capture 2: if so, where can I procure these tasty ...

Re: Put this on a CF card and tell me what you think!
Interesting, the lead guitar lines were very nice as was the sound of the rhythm guitar. See, and I have to use a DAW to put all that together! LOL! Nice.

Hate to stray from the subject as well, but having enjoyed your comments about my home town, I will add that if you witnessed the die hard hospitality here in New Orleans, and all of 'South' Louisiana for that matter, be assured that I have enjoyed the same hospitality here in this forum! I have fel...
