Re: Roland...hello?
Not negative, just frame of reference. Compared to other sites, there are crickets here. Having been both a Motif and Kronos user I can assure that those forums are vibrant compared to the morgue here. Investigate before you assume. Why are you looking for a lot of activity? Why not quality info? I...

System 8 integration with Omnisphere 2.5
All System 8 owners should go to YouTube and view all the videos showing hardware integration with the new Omnisphere 2.5. System 8 integration is one of the profiles included with the 2.5. It looks like the System 8 just got expanded immensely. I could be wrong but in one of the videos it looks lik...

Re: Should I buy a Jupiter 80 in 2017?
I just sold my Jupiter 80 that was in perfect condition, I hated to part with it but I really wanted the RD2000. I loved the JP80, but I just really love the RD2000! The sound is great and keys feel absolutely wonderful. For some reason I feel the sound is richer on the RD2000 even though it has the...

Re: JX-3P on Roland Cloud?
Yea right now the JX3P plug-out seems to be available only inside the new 1.30 OS update for the System 8? I am assuming that shortly the VST version should be out?

Re: My JDXA is falling apart sound wise
Roland has bent over backwards to fix my JDXA, they replaced the CPU with no charge of any kind. My JDXA works perfectly now. Roland was great about finding the problem and fixing it. Cello or maybe Andy Keys can delete this thread I created because it no longer is applicable and gives a negative vi...

Re: Noise in background with Analog voices
Thank you! I just contacted with the dealer here in Hungary/Budapest, so if it is a known issue, I hope the Roland service can really fix it soon also here in Budapest. Thanks again for the information. Are they already fixed your JDXA too with this kind of white noise? Not yet. Uh! Hope we will ge...

Re: Great things for System8 this summer
My guess and I am only guessing is that the next Plug-out synth might be either the JX3P or JX8Praymond wrote:Wow! I wonder what the polyphonic plug-out synth will be?
Any guesses as to whether it will be a vintage recreation or something new?

Re: My JDXA is falling apart sound wise
I told Roland that the problem had not gone away, they responded by paying for the shipping to try..... to fix the problem. I am writing to keep people up to date on Roland's response......so far they are pretty remarkable in their commitment to their customers and wanting to fix the issue. I am wri...

Re: My JDXA is falling apart sound wise
Roland did what is called a POP Mod. Anyone know what POP Mod means? My JDXA now works perfectly. It is like having a brand new JDXA. It is an easy fix, if you have this issue. ..................................................................................................... 4 days later Whoops.....
