Re: Finally got a Jupiter 80!
Still can't find anywhere describing the process to get audio from the 80 to my PC via USB so I ordered a couple mic cables so I'm not caught next week with no sound. I'm pumped! That's an easy one. You set the Jupiter to the USB mode that allows MIDI and Audio, and select the Jupiter as your Audio...

Re: Roland VR-09 question...
http://cms.rolandus.com/assets/media/pdf/VR09WS03.pdf might read up on that, don't know if it has your answer. If it's like the other synths they have using Registrations you'll want to save the patches at the TONE level or PATCH level or whatever is the smallest level on that thing. The Registratio...

Re: Will we see an Integra 8 announcement in 2016 ?
Most likely there won't be another sound module for a long time. Roland has nothing advanced much further than the SN stuff that is covered there. At the furthest reach I could imagine a cut down module that offers ONLY the SN engine without the XV stuff but even that is pointless with the Integra o...

Re: Any Fantom patches in the Integra?
Necrobumping get this thread, but while I'm here I may as well answer. I had the fantom G and fantom VS along with the integra. Really the integra can't do many fantom specific preset patches to my observation. You can get similar results, maybe identical in some cases, but in the end the Fantom G h...

Re: Korg iM1
Additionally, get the app Music IO if you're an iOS musician. Get it now! It allows you to use your iPad via the charging USB cable as a plugin in your DAW with audio and midi. Because of this I use the iPad more than any soft synths.

Re: Korg iM1
2016 and I gotta say, after selling my whole studio and going mobile for a simple traveling lifestyle, the iM1 continues to amaze me every day. It's incredible the way the M1 can stand the test of time. It's no integra for sure, but with the right approach it has its own wonderful character that kee...

Re: How to set up Integra 7 and a stereo looper
You've got the right idea, but there is one potential problem. If the Input on the integra gets sent back out to the mains going into the looper again, you'll be stacking that sound in every clip. To avoid this, you can route the integra instruments output to a different output than the mains, going...

Re: Do I sell my expanded XV5080 for Integra 7?
If you do end up deciding to buy one, mine is for sale this week. (I know, crazy right?!) I'm preparing to go more mobile to support a nomadic lifestyle, and as much as I love these things I can't really bring them along. Here's everything I'm selling: http://forums.rolandclan.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&...

Re: Do I sell my expanded XV5080 for Integra 7?
Yes.
It's an XV 5080 with more sounds and every SRX card.
The reverb is terrible. Nothin a little effects unit or software can't compensate for.

Re: Arturia Keylab & I7
I use a minilab with mine almost daily through a PC running Sonar Platinum. No problems here. There should be no mapping issues as it is a typical midi controller with all of the usual capabilities.
