Re: Newbie again - Organising the J50 for Live shows
'Normal' thing to do is to create a registration for each song in your set. It's very easy to do, set up the patches, any splits, effects, etc. how you want them to be, then use the write button to write the registration. You can rename it to something meaningful, and choose which of the 256 slots ...

Re: Newbie again - Organising the J50 for Live shows
First - there is no libarian for the JP Maybe one of the best ways is, to organize your sounds in an exact row. So you can use the jog dial. Or you can use a ctrl pedal. It is possible to programm the ctrl ports for that. I use an iPad App named Setlistmaker and switch the sounds via midi. So it is ...

Re: Arpegiator question
Nordi If you mean the arpeggiator is not staying in time with an external sequencer or drum machine, then you need to synchronize their MIDI clocks. See Pages 77 and 84 of the manual. Regards, Ted Hi Ted No, thats not my problem. Some Arpeggios from the Synth legends have a little "hang on&quo...

Arpegiator question
Hi all
Some arpegios are not really in timing, they drifting away after some seconds. What do you think, is this about the "random" feature in arpegio? And what is the best way to fixe that problem?
Have a nice weekend - Nordi

Tip for handling JP 50 on stage with iPad
Hi all After some problems with my JP50 OS i try to start loving my JP50. Ok, for me and my music i am sure i got the optimal sounds with that synth and i love it :-) To build a new sound seems to me very easy and very fast. But i am more a "live" musican, so i am looking for a better way ...

Re: Jupiter-50 Random Lock-Ups
Hi Michael I am sorry about that issue with our JP, but i love the sounds of it. I try to ignore the problems. Thanks for workarround, i will try that if i need it. Sorry to say, but i found some other little issues in JP. - the "effect problem" becomes also with sounds No 319, 320 and 321...

Re: Jupiter-50 Random Lock-Ups
Nordi I would not recommend connecting the GT-10 power supply to the JP-50 unless its output voltage, polarity, wattage rating, and connector are correct, otherwise you could do serious damage to either the JP-50 or the GT-10 power supply or both. Regards, Ted Hi Ted - i know that and of course i c...

Re: Jupiter-50 Random Lock-Ups
mabe this is possible, i heared something like that for Guitar Effects. Maybe i can check out that, because i have a brandnew powersupply for my GT10 Git-Amp. If this one have a little bit more power i can try that. But one more - after updating the OS from my Jupiter, i had only one or two times a ...
