The midi implementation chart is always just a one page document that shows that info. Roland peoducts usually have a parameter guide or something like that showing all commands ( bia sysex etc) that will probably come with the first firmware update. Its highly likely youll be able to change scenes ...

Mute all the other tracks, and record the “mix”. ( look in the record source options)

The new fantom has almost all exact same sounds as the mc707.. it also bas acoustic drum kits and supernatural piano. The FANTOM cant yet use samples in the synth engine .. it wil ( apparently) but not yet.

Scatter is outside of the track bus so you will need to mute all other tracks and record the final mix to record a track with scatter fx on.

No is the short answer. Firmware update will likely add control via sysex ... but not all controls .. ( ie even via sysex on roland fa you cant press”enter” and other functions but u can change everything about the sounds.) The mc-707 ( and 101) are great devices can we please get a topic for them ... loads of info on youtube and facebook about them .. lots of people excited and id like to discuss them here.
