Re: Could somebody do me a favor ?

So, this exercise demonstrates the ability to import an Arial expansion tone into Jupiter Xm ?? As long as missing waveforms are substituted?

Re: Share your scene

Great idea but what's really needed is a import/export scene function just like tone has now.

There is no way to include other parameters like keyboard zones, arps, etc.

Re: New Fantom 7

Thanks mostinif, are there instructions for installing these AXIAL expansions on the Fantom? I looked at the READ ME file with the expansion file but it did not have instructions.

New Fantom 7

Ok, Sam Ash has a trade in and 10% off sale this weekend so I just picked up a new Fantom 7. Should be delivered next week. The 1.50 update is not available I see. Just the 1.11 correct? So what new sounds can I put on this keyboard at 1.11 version? The Axial expansions? Or the zen-cores? Or the sup...

Re: Bending notes with hard keypresses

I don’t own a Fantom (yet) but I’m pretty sure note bends cannot be done with aftertouch. Traditionally, aftertouch is assignable to modulation such as LFO, envelopes, etc. but not pitch bends ( unless it’s a pitch envelope trigger?) There is a new MIDI controller called “Osmose” that CAN bend pitch...

Re: Fantom 7 Damaged :(

The original poster said he had no piano training so I don’t know if I’d recommend a weighted keyboard if they originally ordered the semi weighted. If the original poster plans on using the Fantom to play a lot of piano on then maybe the weighted keys would be better in the long run.

Re: Leslie

Chrisfp99, Do not bother trying to tweak, modify, adjust the internal Leslie effect in the FA. It is waste of time to get ( maybe) incremental improvements. Get an external pedal, the Vent works “ If you have a Ventilator or other pedal you can send the organ sound out the Sub Out and back into the ...

Re: modifying the supernatural organ tones for upper octaves

No, I did not try the individual EQ yet, thanks, sounds like a possibility.

While on the subject of modifying the supernatural tones, once I have started bypassing the internal FX in order to use the Lester K thru sub out, I have lost the C/V effect. Is this only available by using a rotary FX chain?

modifying the supernatural organ tones for upper octaves

I started a thread about using the sub out to run organ programs thru an external leslie sim and got great advice, thanks! I bought a used Lester K and have now routed the supernatural organ tones out the sub and into the Lester K. Sounds good,... not great, but this is only for when I am not using ...
