TD9-KX2 SOFTWARE CRASH

Hi everyone,
My td9-kx2 sound module software crashed and i uploaded ex version from roland .com support. Sound module has START UP ERROR now .it cant be reseted to factory settings. so does anyone have the software ver. 2.xx ?
