I know..I did that.. I'm not stupid.. but the whole thing feels and works better now imho. They are still heavy and graded.

Don't do this at home, its too much work and it will void your warranty. I really like the fa, but the hammer action was too heavy for me. :-D So i fixed it by drilling holes and breaking off a bit.. I should have just drilled a hole straight thru but I did'nt own a bench drill when I started this.....

You could either record the song in parts and sync the "drum machine" to the new locations? or go in afterwards and repace the parts that should be different?
Dont know if it's possible to change pattern while recording though, manually i hope it is ..

However I did'nt find a way to shut up the local sound on line in. Became a problem for me when using external mixerboard with effects connected to it and other synths on midi. Now that problem is solved, i found a super cheap dp-24 :-).
