Re: What's the best midi controller?
On the Channel chosen for Control on the integra (default is set to 16 but you can choose anyone), assign one of the Buttons to send an Assign Message: "Channel Message" - Type: "Program Change Increment" and a second button to send an Assign Message: "Channel Message"...

Re: What's the best midi controller?
Sorry to bump this but I would love to get some ideas around how all the knobs/buttons/sliders are used on the Integra.
And PauloF's control map if possible ^_^

Re: What's the best midi controller?
How do I grab those settings? Do I need to run a USB cable from the a880pro and run the editor? I can't seem to receive info from the controller when I go through my audio interface (probably expecting too much:D) I've used a power upply and it's working fine now though. I haven't programmed anythin...

Re: What's the best midi controller?
EDIT: Might be a power supply problem (sorry for ninja'ing my own thread) poop I can't get the a800 to work on the integra. All I did was remove the cables from the a49 and put them in to the a800pro. If I take the usb cable from the i7 and put it in my pc I cannuse it in my soft synth so not sure w...

Re: What's the best midi controller?
Thanks very much for this. I've bought the A800 for now after using one in Guitar Guitar. I liked the feel of the keys although to be fair I haven't tried the PCR but I've got to learn the tech before my next gig in a fortnight. To be honest I don't know what half the stuff you've mentioned below is...

Re: Keyboard stand for Integra and Midi controller
Some people I've worked with keep their mac books on a music stand that they've flattened. Might have a look at that for venues that supply their own music stands

Keyboard stand for Integra and Midi controller
Just now I've got a bag from Gear4Music that has a 1U rack in it for the Integra. I generally take a keyboard stand for the midi controller and the I7 sits on the floor or a take a foldaway table with me. Does anyone know of a keyboard stand that could take the integra too? Save carrying extra gear ...

Re: What's the best midi controller?
Thanks.
I took a trip down to one of the local shops and had a look at the a800 pro and it looks ideal. Think I'll grab it in the next couple of weeks.

What's the best midi controller?
I've done a few shows recently that have had a few patch changes but nothing too frantic. I've set up studio sets and used that, however I've only really ever had to use 11 or 12 instruments. I was looking at a keys part the other day and it had changes that I wouldn't be able to move quickly betwee...

SPD-30 or SX
This is a really common question from what I've seen on Google but I wanted to add some extra pieces of info and get the opinion on here. I am basically looking for some drum pads to play percussion in stage pits and my instinct tells me the spd-30 is the way to go. However, I already have an Integr...

Midi recording on rd800
A friend of mine is trying to set up his rd800 in Reaper. I wondered if it works the same as the integra7. On the integra I can setup a studio set with an instrument on each part. In Reaper I'll set up each track to send and receive on different channels to record and playback on the chosen instrume...

Re: Fastest Way to Switch Tones
Thanks for that. Yeah, I bought the a-49 because cash was running low after buying the integra and I didn't really know what I was talking about. To be fair, the knowing what I'm talking about hasn't really changed :) Are you talking about programming the S1 and S1 buttons to change studio set? Or c...

Fastest Way to Switch Tones
I don't know if I just don't have the right equipment but if I don't if I am switching sounds in the most efficient way. I've got an i7 with an a-49 as my controller and I regularly use studio sets for live performance. Occasionally I will split the keyboard (which has it's limitations with 49 keys)...
