I think I understand now why Deoxit D5 ruins the transport switches. D5 contains a solvent which can wash away carbon layers. The manual tells you about the specs of the WAV files the MV can import.
If your files are in a different format you can batch convert all of them in one go.

The funniest part was reading all the MPC heads going on about the swing factor with the MV, but itscswing and quantize features far surpass the MPC, it's just that people want to hit the swing button and turn a knob.
