The error messages reported in this thread could be due to Secure Boot enabled in your BIOS. It is possible to disable Secure Boot in your BIOS and re-run the "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF” that was failing. If the command completes successfully continue with the instructions as documented. Her...
