It still works even under Creators Update 1703. You just have to do it one more time after updating. You don´t have to disable secure boot. But it just works on 64-Bit, as TESTSIGNING has always been a 64-Bit feature only.

Hi, the last working driver I know is for Mavericks 10.9 (2013). Since then SonicCell is no longer supported for Mac OS by Roland - what a shame! This driver did not even work for Yosemite 10.10 (2014).
From which version did you upgrade?
