Email your Roland servicecenter. They will give you a reference which you can give your dealer to order the free overlays

I contacted Roland CE and they send me a order reference for my dealer but he is trying to charge me 49 euro for it.
I told him it should be free because its a designerror of the device.
Is he trying to rip me off?

Thank you, that worked. Also noticed it only works in Single mode.

When I load a project other than the factory one the installed ARX card is not working.
I thought this was a hardware solution? Looks like it needs some samples that are installed with factory project.
Is this the case?

You will have to record what you play and export as SMF file

Use Alesis M1 active 520 USB and they are awesome.
Full rich tone with enough bass.

Hopefully this helps.

Why don't you just transfer the files using a USB stick?
Connect external USB with PC and drag en drop files to that location in you windows explorer.
You do not need editor to transfer files from PC to FG.
