There are any MSB LSB to recall Performances?

I set many Performances fot mi gig.. with Forscore (ipad) I would like to change performance but nothing to do! I insert right (I think so) MSB LSB and PC but never change... Do you have any suggest to obtain it? Also with sysex (that I dont'p know)..

I use Forscore to send program changes to my Stage. But Forscore only allows sending a program change and sysex.
Now, since I need to send volume change to a specific patch, can I do it with sysex? And who of you can tell me what kind of sysex to send?
