Re: Can anyone help me with this TB-03/303 pattern please?
Musician in question here might be Plastikman, as in one documentary he told exactly, that he keeps on changing batteries in hes 303 to keep the original Sheet One patterns alive. Btw, that album, though made in 1993, sounds really good still. The doc, where the fact of the matter comes from is: htt...

Hi. As different devices use different cables and also the signals to keep in sync, there are numerous possibilities of what might happen. First thing is that Volcas use stereo cables, because those included with each one are stereo and second, newer Volcas - the Sample, the Kick and probably Fm as ...

Re: USB Powered - Warbling Noise
Not directly usb related, but regarding unwanted background, chaining boutiques can become a really noisy activity. While not that much of a problem for simply jamming, it can be a royal pain for recording. So when devices are separately connected to say a mixer, everything is perfectly fine, but co...

Re: Got my TR-08
Hi. Now I really got mine and it's a box of funk! I have to apologize for being somewhat bitter in my previous post right here. Fortunately I found a solution regarding manuals, so they aren't stopping me any more from getting everything out of my acid pairing: Tb-03 and now Tr-08. At the moment the...

Re: USB Powered - Warbling Noise
Still the problem can be caused simply by having the Boutique connected to the computer. When connecting the unit to the wall with some usb charger all the buzzing and humming should go away. Regarding sending patch changes to the computer, it should be still possible by using some oldschool usb mid...

Re: Finding your new TR-08 complex?... R.T.O.M.
Hey. It's really a true fact, that those older manuals were a thousand times better, than many modern ones, but trying to check this one out brought in front a problem, not so much for a sighted readers, but for some other folks. So I would like to ask, is there an OCR'ed version of this original Tr...

Re: Got my TR-08
I have mine on order and waiting for it to arrive. As it's obviously not the first synthesizer/drum machine I'm buying, there shouldn't be any real problems when exploring it, but there's one serious one. It's all about those modern folded manuals and the way they are digitized. As I'm blind and use...

Re: Boutiques and Latency/Lag, Your thoughts?
Hi. I have a Tb-03 and can conferm, that it synced with Akai Rhythm Wolf without problems via trigger, but while trying to sequence other synths through midi with it, sometimes strange things really do happen. I'm about to get myself the Tr-08 and so it would be possible to use them both synced up v...

Re: TB-03 first impression from a former TB-303 owner
Hi. Finally the time has come for me to buy a first thing from Roland and bombasticly it's the Tb-03 bassline! I have waited for a good emulator of the infomous acid sound for like 10 years, as back then in 2006 me and my friends tested various plugin emulators and discussed a dream of having a simi...
