OK, further update. I bought my IT support team in today...also know as my daughter! Even SHE'S stymied as to why I can't load, install or transfer the SH02 info into the System 1. (FIU graduate with a BS in IT!) She DID confirm the SH02 is an .exe file. She doesn't see why there is no automatic INS...

....and in all of this, I cannot see anything that says ...exe,...dll....etc. on the file itself.
Did it NOT install? Do I need to upgrade my OS???
