D-05 not saving MIDI channel settings?
Hi all, looking if other D-05 owners can confirm this. I connect my D-05 to my PC through one of those 7-port USB hubs. When I change the MIDI channel paramater (e.g. changing it from the default channel "01" to say "03"), the unit will revert back to the default channel "01...

Re: SH-01A Volume Very Low
Same here. The most problematic thing is that if you plug anything into the INPUT, that volume is ridiculously higher than the one produced by the SH-01a, and there is no way to trim it down. I can see how this could be a real problem. Roland should release a firmware update and fix this already, y...

HELP with MIDI in Logic Pro X
Ladies and gents, I'm pretty sure this is obvious but I can't wrap my head around it. Your advice would be highly appreciated. I have a Roland A300-PRO MIDI keyboard and a TR-08. I connect both devices with Logic Pro X via USB. I can create a software instrument track (for example, an electric piano...

Re: SH-01A Volume Very Low
I had low audio issues a while back when I was trying to connect my Gaia Sh01 to Logic via USB. I posted on a forum about it and was told that while the digital USB signal would be nice and clean, it would also be low. Adding a compressor to the channel strip in Logic and turning up the gain fixed ...

Re: Insufficient input gain recording audio over USB Audio
Hi John, I am having the same problem too. I connect and record the SH-01a via USB into Logic Pro X and the input gain is appreciably very low. A few people have commented the same. Of course I can connect the SH-01a via audio cables to my mixer and boost the levels there, but it doesn't resolve the...

No idea, but you may benefit from performing a factory reset, good man.

Re: SH-01A Volume Very Low
I can confirm this. I am using the SH-01a with USB for both power and audio, straight into Logic Pro X. The signal barely hits the halfway mark on the recording VU meter.
