Re: Sysex data request for Temporary Tone Part Name
The patch you added works on my Integra.
One more try:
restart the Integra, just to be sure nothing is left hanging.
send the patch

Re: Sysex data request for Temporary Tone Part Name
Hi again, I've been trying to figure out your problem and I think I got some kind of solution. When you send the sysex bulk to the integra, it gets stored in the "PCM edit memory". All you need to do is store it to the "PCM user memory" and then you should see it. This sysex seem...

with F0 41 10 00 00 64 11 30 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 7F F7 i get from Integra 267776 bytes - it must be 256 "user PCM tones". Correct But when I send this data back, nothing happens (( 1) Did you change anything in the data before sending it back? 2) Did you change anything in the user PCM t...

Re: Connecting Integra-7 to surround system
The L/R/C/Ls/Rs/LFE jacks are all unbalanced mono outputs that require to be connected to a 5.1 amp or powered speakers. My Denon AVR 2106 (from 2006) has 5.1 channel external input via RCA connectors and works well the Integra. The present Denon top model AVC-X8500H (very expensive) has 7.1 channel...

Re: Library for reading Integra-7 SysEx
Hi Milnet2, Good to know that the undocumented sysex's are of use. I'm very interested in your work. Java is not my language, but I can understand it to some degree and maybe some day a python wrapper might get available, hint, hint. ;-) In what way could a Raspberry Pi make the I7 more accessible? ...

Hi There, You can find all sysex info in the file "INTEGRA-7_MI.pdf" that can be downloaded from the Roland website. Here is an example: Part 1 Temporary Supernatural acoustic tone MFX parameter 11 (in this case = Level, value 1-5) F0 41 10 00 00 64 12 19 02 02 39 08 00 00 01 21 F7 F0 41 1...

Re: Split/Dual Roland A-88 with Integra-7 by midi message
I don't own a A88 so I tried to find some info online.
There's no "MIDI implementation" document to be found online.
If you have one, please send it to me and I can see what I can do.
My guess is that the A88 can only send MIDI and not receive it.

You're welcome, and thank you for pointing out my mistake about the range. I changed that part in my last post so it should be all correct now.

Re: Setting Studio Set Effects Reverb parameters with MIDI
Hi Tom, The y in your sysex has to be 4 numbers that are each limited to 0 ~ F (0 ~ 15). Those 4 numbers combined make up 0000 ~ FFFF. The reverb parameter values are limited from -20000 to +20000. Because MIDI has no negative values, the above values are transformed to 310E ~ CE20 (12678 ~ 52678). ...

Re: MIDI Command to Scroll Through 16 Parts in Studio Set
Each line is a single MIDI System Exclusive message (SysEx) that can be send to the Integra. The text after each line doesn't belong to the message The messages are in hexadecimal format, but have to be send as byte-values. The Integra will take action on each message it receives. I don't know how t...
