With „better to handle“ I meant that the X will have more knobs/faders/buttons. So I assume that the operation could be more intuitive, than the Xm. But we will see... When the X is available I’ll give it a try, too.

Yes, I also assume that the X will be better to (intuitively) handle. But I really liked the small size of the Xm. I will check the X too (and maybe then in April the Xm will be a bit cheaper and got an update as well).

I had a short try of the Xm. The sound seems very nice to me and there are many possibilities... but unfortunately the operation is not very straight forward for my taste (at least in the short time time of testing). I guess I’ll wait a bit until it gets cheaper and then I’ll give it a second try.

Still not available in Europe...

I really wonder how the difference is between the ACB and ZEN technology (in terms of sound quality). Hope there will be some comparisons soon.

Good news: the JU-06A seems to have a much better latency - in compare to the „old“ JU-06. :) It seems to be around 5ms and I can’t hear any delay. That’s a huge improvement for me!

Thanks for your offer! Yes, I know it’s tricky. A lot of components like latency in A/D D/A conversion, MIDI latency, ect. But it’s a known issue (at least in the first Boutique range), and I clearly can hear it (with percussive sounds). My other synths don’t have such a latency in the same setup. S...

If this synth sounds the same as the previous ACB technology, it would a nice production tool in my setup. Hope it’s coming soon.

I measured my JU-06 which seems to have a latency about 19 ms. For my needs it’s too much. If the new range of Boutique synths just have 2-3 ms latency, that would be perfectly. I guess I’ll give it a try... thanks again.

Hi. Does someone know if the new Boutique range still has latency problems (as the old range JP08, JU06, JX03)?
